We lost two dear friends this week. Curtis Tom and Richard Grott have both left us far too soon, and we are heartbroken by their passing.
A private family service will be held for Curtis sometime in the future. We do not yet have details to share about Richard but will let you know as soon as they become available.
Many of you have asked if CPT has organized a memorial. As you may know, our previously scheduled gathering at Big Chicks is this Sunday at 6 PM. We have decided to set aside time at Big Chicks to celebrate the life and memory of our friends. If you have memories or stories of Curtis or Richard you'd like to share, please join us! We’d love to honor them together.
As always, at Big Chicks you’ll be able to order your own dinner and drinks from the menu.
Lastly, members of Asians and Friends, and Frontrunners/Frontwalkers, two groups near and dear to Curtis, have been invited to join us. Please extend a warm welcome and embrace.

As each month winds down, CPT members come together for a casual evening of good food, great drinks, and even better company. Join us at Big Chicks, one of our favorite spots to relax and connect!
When you arrive, head to the cozy room on the left—that’s where the fun happens!
- Drinks are available at the bar (cash only, so plan ahead!).
- Food can be ordered at the back of our room, offering tasty bites to enjoy while you mingle.
The vibe is laid-back, with people moving around and joining different conversations throughout the evening. Sometimes the service might be a bit slow, but who minds when you’re surrounded by old friends and making new ones?
We typically start gathering around 6 PM, and most of us wrap up by 8 PM.
