CPT inducted into the Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame!

Chicago PrimeTimers has been selected for induction into the Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame!

CPT will join the ranks of Chicago organizations and leaders such as Season of Concern and Urban Pride.

Founded in 1991, the Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame honors individuals and organizations that have made significant, lasting contributions to the LGBTQ+ community in Chicago. It is one of the first and longest-running LGBTQ+ halls of fame in the world, recognizing those whose work has strengthened culture, visibility, health, dignity, and community life.

The induction ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 6, at the Chicago History Museum. Inductees are asked to arrive at 5:00 p.m.; general attendees may arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. Admission is free, but pre-registration with the Hall of Fame Committee is required. Members must register by October 30.
