Opera Festival of Chicago presents «Adriana Lecouvreur» at North Shore Center for the Performing Arts • [Skokie]

Based on the life of a real-life stage icon, Adriana Lecouvreur follows a legendary actress caught in a deadly web of jealousy and political intrigue. In a season defined by those who live for their art, Adriana’s story serves as the ultimate testament to the power of performance and where a single bouquet of violets can signify a final, tragic curtain call.

The opera will be presented at the George Van Dusen Theatre at North Shore Center in Skokie. The performance will last 3 hours with a 20‑minute intermission and will be performed in Italian with English supertitles.
